Terms of service

These terms apply when you use Repofolio. By signing in you agree to them.

What Repofolio does

Repofolio reads the GitHub repositories you choose to find skills you can prove, helps you build and tailor a CV, lists job openings from public sources, tracks your applications and lets you practise interviews with AI feedback.

Your account

  • You sign in with GitHub and are responsible for what happens in your account.
  • You must be at least 16 years old.
  • You can delete your account and all its data at any time in Settings.

Your content

Your CVs, cover letters, notes and interview answers belong to you. You give Repofolio permission to store and process them only to provide the service, including sending text to our AI provider to generate suggestions.

AI suggestions are checked against your own information, but you are responsible for what you send to employers. Review every CV and letter before you use it.

Job listings

Jobs come from company career pages and public job boards. We do not employ anyone, we do not guarantee that a listing is accurate or still open, and applications go directly to the employer.

Plans and payments

  • The Free plan includes 3 uses of each AI feature. Paid plans are one-time payments for a fixed number of days and do not renew automatically.
  • Prices are shown in Pakistani rupees for visitors in Pakistan and in US dollars elsewhere, on the pricing page. Payments are processed by Safepay; we never see or store your card details.
  • Refunds follow our refund policy.
  • All plans have a fair-use limit on AI requests per day to prevent automated abuse.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use Repofolio to create false claims about yourself or anyone else.
  • Do not try to break, overload, scrape or resell the service.
  • We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Availability and liability

We work to keep Repofolio available and correct, but the service is provided as it is. We are not responsible for hiring decisions, for losses caused by outages, or for content on third-party job sites. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change is significant we will tell you in the app before it applies.
